Our role is focused on marketing, customer acquisition, and providing full customer support for the merchants we refer. Once a client account is approved and onboarded by the processor, we take responsibility for delivering ongoing service, including point-of-sale (POS) setup, technical support, troubleshooting, and training. Our in-house team of engineers ensures the smooth operation and integration of POS systems with third-party platforms, including delivery applications and other business tools.
We receive a monthly residual commission from the processors for each active account we manage. It is important to emphasize that we do not receive, hold, or process any transaction funds. All financial transactions are handled directly by the certified processors. Our compensation is strictly based on the service and support we provide to the merchants on behalf of the processors.
In essence, we are a service and technology marketing company operating in the payment solutions space. Our core business is to facilitate merchant onboarding, provide technical assistance, and ensure a smooth operational experience for our clients — all under the umbrella of our partnership with the processors.
We specialize in selling support and marketing services tailored to each client depending on the POS system they use. This could be Clover, Torch Bistro, Future POS, or others. We have a team of engineers who are already familiar with these systems.
